Returns & Exchanges

• ALL GARMENT SALES ARE FINAL.

• If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  NOTE: Ordering the wrong size does not constitute an incorrect item. Be sure to confirm your size when finalizing your order. EVERY GARMENT HAS SIZE CHART IN LAST PHOTO AND UNDER DESCRIPTION SECTION.

• Defective garments MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you with a return or exchange. Your garment(s) must meet the below requirements to be returned:

  • Unworn, Unused, Unstained, Unwashed

  • No smells other than natural product odor, No animal or pet hair, No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on garments (signs of wear)

  • Original packaging

  You must submit a return request or exchange request to thephoenixsilhouettes@gmail.com. The Subject Line should read as follows: RETURN REQUEST/EXCHANGE REQUEST and ORDER NUMBER.

•  We will provide you with the return mailing address and return confirmation number. You will be provided a form to include with your return. (Recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not/cannot be given an exchange or refund)

• Return shipping to be paid by customer and original postage will not be refunded.

• Garments returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued.

•  Your refund will be issued to your original payment method used at the time of original purchase.
